Let's face it, most people hate exercise. They find it hard to muster up the motivation to go for a run or to lift some weights. It’s in the human nature to avoid the pain of working out. Some say we’re lazy but we’re actually hard wired to avoid anything that causes pain mentally or physically. We tend to lean towards things that are comforting or pleasant. So don’t feel left out, skipping the gym and watching a movie instead is totally normal.

2) Dancing

Who doesn’t like to dance? Dancing for only 30 mins can burn a massive 500 calories. Amazing right. So a night out can be fun, and great way to include exercise. Now what if you can’t dance? Well there’s also dance classes you can take for example Zumba, salsa,  Steps on Broadway etc.

    Going swimming is one of the most fun ways to exercise. Indoors, at the beach, lakes, it can be done wherever there’s water.
