How Group Training Works

Secure you location

  • Choose a location that you have access too, indoor or outdoor.

Gather your group

  • gather all the members that want to train, ideally with similar age group and fitness level.

  • Minimum number of participants is 4

Sign up with Mindbody link.

  • We’ll send you a link, that you can send to all group members, so they can purchase sessions.

Get ready to Sweat !

  • The workout consists of circuit style training.

  • Sessions are 45mins

  • Lots of aerobic style movements mixed with strength training.
